oh my god. SHOES.

Boot-obsessed child over here!
I don't know why I love boots so much but I just do. I know every girl likes shoes but boots for me are number one. I think it's probably because they just fit almost every time and you don't necessarily have to have a certain body type to wear them, it's like they're friendly, you know?
Stilettos & pumps would be a different story. Those can be very, very mean. Just don't get along with those and I most likely wouldn't be caught dead wearing them. Actually yes, you WOULD catch me dead if I were ever to wear them.
{Cause of death: fall}
A few years ago, I cleverly wore these 4 inch black stilettos on an almost 15-hour-long trip, D.C. to Lisbon. So I was 'running' (I don't even think you can call that running, it was more like little Chiwawa jumps) around the airport and let me tell you, my feet were GONE when I got to Lisbon.
So was my dignity.
Gotta love cruel friends and family!

Anyway. Boots. They're the only reason I like winter.

Let me just say, there is NOTHING 'free' about Free People

Aldo has some pretty bombastic boots and I've been a fan for a longgggggg time.
But which ones? That is zeeeee question.

(JUST CURIOUS!)

happy Thanksgiving!

I LOVE heels, but I sadly don't wear them as much as I want to because they hurt my feet so much!! However, I have found that platforms//shoes with a chunkier heel are easier on my feet.
((Those platform boots are so pretty!!))
PS I just found your blog and I LOVE it!!

This whole post is just so pretty! The shoes and the designs. I need to learn your awesome ways!
And I LOVE free people. Only one purchase per 4 months, but hey, what the hell.

I LOVE boots, but the comment about them being for every body type? Nooooot true. I've always been rather petite, but I have huge calves! Even as a little girl, I remember people asking if I worked them out.
I can neverrrrrrr find boots to fit! The normal ones are too tight, but the wide calf boots are huge. It bums me out every single year!

"cause of death: fall." Hahahahaha you are hilarious.

I love boots too! High heels and wedges are reserved for girl's nights out because I tower over my bf in them ha.

Why do you tempt me with these things, Lula?!

I love shoes because they top off any outfit. They are like the cherry on top; only they're on the bottom. Whether you are wearing workout clothes and have on a pair of really cute tennis shoes or you're dressed up and have fabulous heels. If you wear the shoes instead of letting them wear you, instant amazing first impression with the people you meet. In my personal opinion. :)

Cause of death: fall --story of my future death too... I remember falling once in a club, thankfully the DJ caught me. I guess Usher was right when he wrote "DJ got us falling", well in my case, not in love.

Anyway, great post! And I agree about Free (keep on dreaming) People!
