I got mail a few days ago but I couldn't post about it because my blog was doing all kinds of weird things. But still, the excitement of getting a package through the mail especially for me doesn't seem to go away!
My darlin' friend Chrissy sent me the prettiest cowl ever and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with it. And did I forget to mention she made it herself?! Yah, she did. When I got it I thought "pshh yeah, as if, she totally bought this at J.Crew" but I have to tell you my friends, I tried looking for some trace of an existing label and nothing. I tell ya, this is the real deal.
And um, the package, which was gloriously decorated (props Chrissy, props) also came with that little owl ornament. How charming is that little fella? He's hanging right beside my bed, looking at me.
Anyway, I can't urge you enough to go check out Chrissy's shop, Whimsical Poppysmic 'cause you are bound to find some very cute stuff there.
